Preparation

  • cut a cardboard divider for your pie-form, wrap it in some plastic- or aluminium foil. Grease the cakeform with butter, preheat your oven to 180°C
  • mix flour, baking powder and cheese
  • mix eggs, coffee crean and mustard
  • season with salt, nutmeg and pepper
  • stir in the liquid butter, knead the dough
  • slice the ham thinly and mix into one half of the dough
  • drip off oil, lay dried tomatoes on kitchen paper, dab the tomatoes. Slice thinly. Now mix into the other half of the dough. Fill both halfs into the pie-form, use the divider. Bake for 60 minutes in the middle of the oven at 180°C .
